Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or another related field.
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator.
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
- Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver’s license, as required.
- Proficient in MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
Responsibilities:
- Monitors project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- In coordination with the project manager, ensures team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits.
- Organizes reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access. Plans meetings and organize project logistics.
- Coordinates project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Assigns tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Makes sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
- Helps in the preparation of project budgets.
- Prepares presentations to update senior management on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value.
- Participates and lead exercises to analyze risks and opportunities.
- Monitors project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Acts as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
- Works with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
- Uses tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
- Creates and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Ensures standards and requirements are met through supporting quality assurance tests and personnel.
