Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another related field.
- Knowledge of coding languages including C++, HTML and JavaScript. Two years in programming experience.
- Two years in programming experience.
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related position.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver’s license, as required.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal with bilingual skills (English and Spanish).
- Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
- Detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Create Test Plan, Scripts, & align stakeholders to the overall testing approach.
- Work on mock-up screens and wireframes for visualization.
- Manage changes to baseline requirements with the use of effective application of change control processes and tools.
- Ensure Operations documentations, periodicals, manuals, policy, and procedures are kept up to date.
- Act as liaison between end-users, IT analysts, in the development of functional specifications to ensure the business requirements are traceable into functional form.
- Assist in developing an overall change management strategy.
- Develop training curriculum and conducts formal training on new processes and systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with both supporting business and IT teams.
- Analyzing and documenting the interfaces between existing systems across using Visual Models.
- Working with our Product Team to translate requirements into comprehensive User Stories.
- Working with our Product Owner to deliver a design vision on new products or systems to end-users.
- Identifying potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
- Working with QA Analysts to test delivered products and/or systems as required.
- Actively participating in Release Management workflows by providing Post Go-Live support.
- Assisting the development team will all aspects of software design and coding.
- Working on bugs fixes.
- Conducting Development test.
