Program: Professionals in Development
At Softek Inc. we believe in the development potential of young students who require professional experiences to start their career as an IT professional.
For this reason we are committed to offering the right tools through our Professionals in Development program, by rotating through the business areas guided by a group of mentors who establish an individualized development plan for each participant.
Requirements:
- Over 18 years of age.
- Have completed the second year of a Bachelor's degree in areas related to Information Systems.
- Maintain a GPA of 3.50+.
- Letter of Recommendation from a Professor.
- Continue studying while participating in the Program.
Once Softek receives the application in the Human Resources Department, part of the Management makes a panel interview to evaluate the student. The student at the end of the program must present a project/work to the management which will be assigned at the beginning of the rotation. The contract between Softek and the student is for one (1) year.
