The Account information consists on: Terminal ID, Merchant ID and Password. We are committed to providing a safe, secure and all around great service. Therefore, before permitting you to use our Service and in order to register your Merchant account with Softek, we may require additional information from you so we can use to verify your identity, such as your name, the name of your business, your phone number, address, and Merchant\u2019s Registration Certificate. Once the account is setup, we will collect the total sales amount as well as the Municipal and State Sales and Use (\u201cIVU\u201d) taxes, in order to comply with the Puerto Rico Treasury Department (\u201cHacienda\u201d).<\/p><h2>How Softek uses the Personal Information Collected<\/h2><p>Softek\u2019s primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, and efficient experience.
